From cold lists to warm conversations
B2B lead generation in the DACH region and the Nordics
Good contacts speed up market entry. We identify the right decision-makers, reach out in their language and book meetings into your calendar – you focus on selling.
Starting point
Lead generation: the first step is always the hardest
Finding suitable partners and potential customers in a new market takes market knowledge and continuous networking on the ground. And first conversations go much more smoothly when you speak the customer’s language – German in the DACH region, Finnish in Finland.
Building long-term cooperation requires a communication style that fits the local business culture, a strong sales mindset and professional credibility. None of this comes from translating an email template.
We handle the first approaches to potential customers and arrange meetings with your company – either with you joining the conversation, or with us running the whole first round on your behalf.
A typical lead generation project
- A target list built on your criteria – not a purchased list
- The right decision-maker identified by name and role
- A documented outcome for every contact: interested, not now or not at all
- Regular reporting – no month of silence
Process
Lead generation in five steps: from cold contacts to warm conversations
Finding potential customers
We build the target list on your criteria: industry, size, location, technology.
Qualifying the companies
We go through the list and remove those without real need or purchasing power.
Finding the contact person
We identify the right decision-maker by name and role – buyer, product manager or technical director.
Outreach
We reach out by phone, email or LinkedIn in the customer’s language, with a real understanding of your product.
Booking meetings
We arrange meetings or video calls and make sure they stay in the calendar.

What lead generation gives you: a clear answer for every target
We don’t promise a fixed number of meetings. We promise that the target list is worked through systematically and that, at the end, you know for every company whether it is worth your time.
The size of the target list depends entirely on the industry. In a narrow industrial segment the number of relevant companies is limited; in a broad consumer category it is much larger. We define the scope together before starting – we don’t sell contact volumes that don’t exist in the market.
| Outcome | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Interested now | Need identified, conversation continues | Meeting or quote |
| Interested later | Need exists, timing is wrong | Reminder in the calendar, follow-up later |
| Not a target | Criteria not met or no need | No action – time saved |
| Not reached | Decision-maker not reached despite several attempts | Consider another route, such as a trade fair |
To be honest: not everyone replies, and not every project produces meetings at the same pace. What you do get, within a few months, is clarity on whether there is demand in the market – which is a valuable result in itself. In industry, sales cycles tend to be long; read more in our business culture guide.
Questions
Frequently asked questions: B2B lead generation
How is our lead generation different from appointment setting?
We don’t read from a script. The conversation is handled by someone who understands your product, can answer a technical or commercial follow-up question in the customer’s language – and recognises when the person on the other end is not the right target.
It shows in the metrics too: our goal is not to maximise the number of meetings but to produce meetings with real buying potential.
Who attends the meetings – you or us?
Either works. The most common model is that we book the meeting and attend it with you: you cover the product, we cover language and culture. Some clients also buy the entire first sales round from us when their own capacity is limited.
How quickly does lead generation deliver results?
The first conversations usually take place within a few weeks of starting, but the honest answer is that it varies. Some decision-makers respond immediately, others take weeks to reach, and some can’t be reached at all.
A realistic time frame for a complete lead generation project is a few months: by then the target list has been worked through and you know who is interested and who isn’t. The number of meetings depends on the market and the product, and we don’t promise a figure in advance.
What do you need from us to start lead generation?
A product description, a price list or price range, references and a description of your ideal customer: industry, size and the role we should approach. If you don’t have material in the customer’s language yet, we create it first – see translation and localisation.
We also agree what we may promise on your behalf: prices, delivery times and what you cannot commit to.
Is cold calling allowed in Germany and the Nordics?
B2B phone outreach is possible in Germany but more regulated than in many other countries: calling consumers without explicit consent is prohibited, and even for business contacts a presumed interest is required (§ 7 UWG). Email marketing generally requires consent. In the Nordics the rules differ from country to country – Denmark, for example, is stricter on unsolicited marketing emails to businesses than Finland or Sweden.
That is why we use a combination of well-researched, targeted calls, LinkedIn and contacts made at trade fairs or events. We don’t send mass mailings that damage your brand and, in Germany, can lead to a formal warning letter (Abmahnung).
How do you report lead generation progress?
You receive a list of contacted companies, reached decision-makers, conversation outcomes and booked meetings.
We also report what didn’t work: if the target group turns out to be wrong or the message doesn’t land, we tell you straight away rather than at the end of the project.
